A 2hr relaxing, nurturing and self-care Yin Yoga workshop; Beginning with a guided gentle meditation with breathing techniques leading you slowly and gently into a series of floor based poses held for between 90secs to 5mins allowing the time for the body, mind and breath to connect whilst helping to increase the range of motion in the joints and flexibility, calming the mind, re-energising and nourishing the deep connective tissues -strengthening ligaments and overall creating a sense of wellbeing whilst learning more about the practice of Yin Yoga. The practice will finish with a guided relaxation to allow you time to fully absorb the benefits leaving you feeling ready for your week 😊.
